SALES ENGINEER

Job Description

  • Selling various company products and services to the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Power Generations, Oil Refineries and General Industrial market.  
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations to existing and prospective clients  
  • Product demonstrations, if necessary, with emphasis on technical advantages and product benefits  
  • Organize product seminars and lectures  
  • Initiate plant visit for inspections and information gatherings  
  • Coordinate and prepare reports  
  • Responsible for all areas of sales including lead generation, key account management and technical marketing  
  • Responsible for all areas of services such as after sales.  
  • Represent and travel to foreign and local destinations in short notice for sales activities.

Job Requirements

  • Engineering Graduate or business relevant 4-year course
  • Male or female with driver’s license and know how to drive.

TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Job Description

  • Develop and manage the technical services of various project and products tothe Construction and General Industrial market.

Job Requirements

  • Electrical or Civil Engineering graduate
  • Licensed- Male or female with driver’s license and know how to drive
  • With excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, competent, honest, dedicated and Goal oriented
  • At least 2 years working experience in the related field (1-year sales experience may apply)
  • Preferably 2 years’ experience specializing in Technical Sales and Services, Project Engineer or Service /Technical Engineer or equivalent.

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management

Job Description

  • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment’s through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools 
  • Work in a variety of industries including automotive, construction, and manufacturing 
  • Maintain and repair all machinery

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution isa preferred (NC2 Certificate)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a welder
  • Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools

MASTER ELECTRICIAN

Job Description

  •  Responsible or the installation and repair o electrical systems in residential and commercial spaces. They test, troubleshoot, and replace electrical components to ensure systems function safety and efficiently. 
  • Sourcing or fabricating replacement electrical components.
  • Installing, repairing, and servicing electrical systems.
  • Interpreting blueprints and drawing rough sketches when required.
  • Drawing up preventative maintenance measures and explaining these to clients and other electricians.
  • Obtaining required permits, equipment, tools, and materials or projects.
  • Testing and troubleshooting systems.
  • Updating project records and preparing relevant documents and reports or clients.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant license or certification (NC2 Certificate)
  • A valid driver's license.
  • At least 2-5 years o experience as an Electrician.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Physical strength and stamina.

ELECRICAL TECHNICIAN

Job Description

  • Maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity.
  • Work with electricians or electrical engineers, or work on site to keep machinery and specialty equipment running correctly
  • Electrical technicians need to be able to look or problems in complicated electrical grids, isolate the issue and solve it.
  • Need to be able to identify issues and make corrective measures to ix problems with electrical components.

Job Description

  • Do work such as designing, testing, perfecting and maintaining products, machinery and equipment. Mechanical Technicians are responsible or knowing the ins and outs o their machines
  • Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.
  • Show expertise in working with team and independently.
  • Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
  • Manage positive customer and employee relations.

Job Description

  • Operate test, maintain, or calibrate unmanned, automated, servomechanical, or electromechanical equipment.
  • Willing to work beyond normal working hours (troubleshooting & servicing of equipment in 247 plants or factories)
  • Willing to travel in and outside Metro Manila
  • For Contractual base o Employment
  • Review technical documents to plan work
  • Install electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assembles, using soldering equipment and hand tools.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate o at least 2-year technical course (electromechanical)

PLUMBER

Job Description

  • Maintains water piping and drainage systems in the home and in industry or a variety of purpose, such as drinking, drainage, heating, venting and sewage.
  • Being able to work in confined spaces or at certain heights.
  • Communicating effectively and confidently with colleagues, subcontractors, and management.
  • Planning and performing calculations or specific and unique projects.
  • Meeting safety standards and taking note or build regulations.

Job Requirements

CONSTRUCTION HELPER

Job Description

  • Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools.
  • Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
  • Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding.
  • Assisting contractors, e.g., electricians and painters, as required.
  • Assisting with transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Following all health and safety regulations.
  • Digging holes, tunnels, and shafts.
  • Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.

Job Requirements

  • No formal qualification is required, although a high school diploma may be preferred.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Requirements

  • Assist the construction manager to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
  • Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required
  • Create and administer appropriate testing protocols to monitor project performance
  • Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
  • Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules
  • Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications
